Galena – Steffelback House
The “Steffelback House” was a bordello around 1880 , the lady of the house was accused of murder of 30 men in the period 1880 to 1897. The bodies of the men were found in the mine shafts of the place, but the gold was never found. The Steffelbeck House has been restored in recent years and is now a museum, where it said to be haunted.
