Rich and his wife are the owner the Henry’s Rabbit Ranch in Staunton, IL. In addition to a collection of VW Golf (Rabbit WV) live on the ranch many real rabbits to care which Rich and his wife touching. The two always look forward to Route 66 Visitors in the small shop.

David Clark (1957 – today)
David Clark was born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up there as well. When he realized that he lives right at the start of Route 66, he became interested in the history of the road. His interest went so far that he wrote two books on Route 66, the first book “Exploring Route 66 in Chicagoland” and a year later “Images of America: Route 66 in Chicago.” Now and then he is also active in Chicago as a tourist guide.

Ron Hart
Ron Hart is founder and president of “Route 66 Chamber of Commerce”. This organization promotes tourism and trade along what is now Route 66.

Al Capone (1899 – 1947)
Al Capone was a notorious criminal of the 1920s and 30s in Chicago. His live and action times there was the Route 66 yet, but he wanted this road to better transport in the times of Prohibition whiskey through the country.
